This is a beautiful small caddy, made of white enamelware and it is decorated with the popular blue willow pattern. It is in good condition as shown in photos. The dents and enamel loss were added to make it look vintage or antique. Also, the Blue Willow design is not original or was added by a Blue Willow Enthusiast.
