Rare, 1930s Ohio Art, FB Peat’s Humpty Dumpty 9-pc Childs Tin Tea Set (O0822)
This is a rare, 10-pc child’s Tin Tea Set made by Ohio Art during the 1930s, known as Humpty Dumpty, designed by famous artist, Fern Bisel Peat. The set includes the following:
1 Tray 7.5” long and 5.5” wide 1 Teapot 2” high and 1.75” wide 1 Cup 1.25“ high and 2.5” wide 2 Saucers 2.5” in diameter 2 Dinner Plates 4” in diameter 2 Butter pats 1.75” in diameter
The tray is marked: Ohio Art Co., USA. The set is in good condition with minimal surface rust, paint loss dings as shown in photos. Ohio Art Price Guide, page 37 shows a similar item and an 8-pc set is worth 135.00 or $210 for the 12 piece. This is a collectors item and not intended to be used or played with.
