Vintage, Lot of 6 Brown, Celluloid, Tortoiseshell Backcombs or Haircombs (O0823)
This is gorgeous lot of backcomb made of brown plastics that resembles celluloid, lucite or tortoiseshells. The pair of spanish mantilla are marked: Made in France. It measures about 3 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. The barrette with rhinestones measures 4 inches long and and 1.5 inches wide; and the small haircomb measures 3 inches long and 1.25 inches wide; the 2 plain ones measures 4 inches long by 3.5 inches one and 3 inches long and 1.5 inches wide, respectively.
