This is a rare, 2-tier Tidbits Tray decorated with a variant and colorful willow pattern over a dark blue background. It measures about 10 inches high and the lower plate measures 9 inches square and the upper plate measures about 7 inches square. It is marked: J.W. Co., Staffordshire, England, Royal Winton. It is in very good vintage condition, no chips or cracks but with even crazing as shown in photos. Package weight is about 3 pounds.
