This is a very cute, adorable and rare Nancy Ann, Story Book Doll made of plastic and she's wearing a beautiful purple and yellow gown with matching lace hat. She measures 5.5 inches tall and found to be in good condition with minimal wear and clothes need a little fixing or ironing as as shown in photos.
